great shop,   went in to buy two bikes,   I knew what I wanted I was in and out in 20 min,  Tim was great and helpful, and the price on the bikes were even cheeper than online.  their prices seem to be the best in town for maintenance and service as well.  before blowing your whole savings else where check out Hoff's!

Crazy deja vu going on here. Definitely check this place out. Went in to get some new tires and found some old parts laying around upstairs. Brought in the old bike to see if they fit. Of course the bolt didn't match. Another gentleman noticed my bike and asked what's up. He quickly ran back upstairs and returned with an exact fit. I don't think he even worked there. LOVE!! Small shop, HUGE heart. So go show some love to Tim, Bryce, and the people who might or might not work there.

These guys bend over backwards to take care of you. Came in for a simple repair - turned out not to be quite so simple - and they were happy to do what was necessary in the spot. Great selection of used parts if you want to keep things simple.

These guys were lifesavers, I lost my phone after a late night and they let me use the shop wifi and phone to reunite me with it.  Totally welcoming and genuine staff that kept my visit to Jackson from being a disaster, and even got me a cup of coffee while I figured it all out.  Thanks Hoff's!
