I had been referred by people in town to go here for ski boot grinding. When I entered the shop everyone was friendly, and I asked if they would be able to grind out more of the toe box of my ski boots. My ski boots had already been grinded out a lot and I asked them if they felt confident handling the boot and they said they would not need to grind them and that they would rather punch out the toe box. I was surprised, and I wanted to confirm that they felt confident handling this and they did not have any concern. When I came back to pick up my boots, they had punched too far in the boot and the toe's on each boot had very soft plastic. Hitting the toe on a rock would definitely break the boot. They told me that this would not be a problem or affect my skiing ability. I told them that there were cracks in the boot already and that it would break very soon. Luckily my boots did not break on my trip and the manager connected with me a week later and shipped me a new pair of boots back home.

Great help getting a helmet for my little guy. Also good repair shop and reasonable prices for time ups. Overall a good experience.

Three employees standing at the front cash register looked up at my wife and I when we walked in and continued  talking and didn’t offer any assistance. My wife and I could not find what we were looking for (near the three employees), so I just ordered it online. Still wonder why Amazon is putting local businesses out of business?
