My wife loves this store. She always finds something she likes. Never ever had a problem with returns. We got some great area rugs & outdoor seat cushions, Halloween stuff, you name it.

The checkout woman was very rude. I purchased $35.00+for some white berries that you could use in a Christmas Tree, ($1.49 each) Since I had so many I told her that she should count them, as I already had, in order for her to know exactly how many to charge for. She refused and said she would charge them one at a time, but started grabbing handfuls, and trying to use the charge wand, in different dirctIons, because the charge stickers were not all in the same direction, and some stickers were missing. I started handing her one at a time for checkout in order that I would be charged for the correct amount. She repeatedly tried to take them out of my hand, and spoke to me rudly. I told her that in previous purchases that I had been overcharged by check out personnel, because of the haphazard way they charge sometimes.

Went to spend 2000 for them to sell me broken stuff that they could fix or order more they were no help I'll never be back worst costomers service iv ever seen this place should be shut down it's a joke manager was nasty and rude stay away
