When your craving a nice good burger this is the place to go. Absolutely amazing, you pay the price for the type of burger and you can add ANYTHING on it for free. Milkshakes are also delicious. Fries come in a large size even as the regular size so they are shareable. Wondering staff and amazing food.

Normally we love 5 guys, but this was a bad experience. We ordered online and it said "click here when you're on your way and we'll ensure it's ready". So I did. And I got there 25 minutes after I ordered and I waited 15 minutes for it to be done. We were leaving on a road trip- ate burgers first and then got our fries out. They were so covered in salt they were inedible. I spent $14 on 2 large fries and my family couldn't even eat any. Really disappointing.

Abosolutely beautiful burger. I eat here everytime I'm traveling through Meridian. This time I was literally the only patron in the restaurant. My burger was perfectly juicy, succulent, and satisfying. Ready in 10 minutes fresh. Double patty with cheese mushrooms and grilled bun. Finger-licking good. The fries with the malt sauce is ungodly. Say what you will about fast food; best burger on the planet.

First time, last time. Burger is avg at best but completely overpriced. The hot dog got my kid sick and the fries were sub par. Now the ppl and the place itself, nice and has a cool vibe. I know it might be unpopular but it was disappointing to say the least.Food: 2/5

Set a scheduled pick up time of 3:30 on Superbowl Sunday.  Arrive at 3:34, only three tables in the whole place are occupied.  They tell me my order isn't ready, then make me wait another 10 minutes.  What's the point of scheduled pickup if no one pays attention to it?

The burgers are the best made to order. The All Beef hotdogs are the best. The Fries are fresh cut Idaho grown potatoes are Awesome hot every time.Food: 5/5

Friendly service, standard Five Guy burgers and fries. Food was prepared quickly.  I'm a fan of Five Guys burgers and this restaurant offers the same food quality as other locations.Food: 5/5

Absolutely do not order delivery through Five Guys. Bag had been opened by the 'dasher', buns soggy, fries damp, 'grilled' onions yeah right and probably has nothing to do with delivery had to be tossed, lettuce was refuse tossed. Called Five Guys; they suggested contacting DoorDash. Contacted DoorDash; they suggested contacting Five Guys. Moral of the story, pick it up yourself. Lesson learned.  That said, burger toppings were garbage. Five Guys is not who they used to be.

Third time in a row we've gotten the little cheeseburger for our kids with meat not cooked all the way through. We even asked for "well done" this time since our burgers were basically raw in the center the last two times. Not a pink, but a raw, red beef and no, not red from the ketchup!. Not acceptable Five Guys!

I love 5 Guys!  Latest review till a better experience.  Yes it's a Saturday and it was a little after 1:30pm.  Things are moderately busy.  My brother and I order the same burger but with a few different veggie toppings.  Food was ready 25 minutes after ordering.  Definitely slower than normal but its Saturday.  The big disappointment happened when I get my burger and notice I dont have any bacon!  And.... what the hell is with that patty!?!?!  I could get a larger patty from a $1 cheeseburger at McDonald's.   Quite disappointed but my brothers burger on the same order was perfect with a normal sized patty and bacon.  This is my local Five Guys and I'm considering going to another location in the future.  Maybe I will try them again.
