Very unhappy with my curbside experience. I do not recommend if you have children. I ordered curbside because I had my kids in the car and two of them are under 2. I was unable to haul my babies with carseats into the store and also carry out food. So I figured I'd order curbside since that's a convenient option. BOY WAS I WRONG. I showed up early for my order and checked in. I waited nearly 30 minutes and kept getting messages saying your order will be out shortly. So I waited. I then attempted to call the store to find out what was going on. During my attempt to call the store I was directed to download the habit app, which was very unhelpful and inconvenient. I just needed to speak to a person. As I became impatient I sent my oldest child who is 12 into the store to ask about our order as I could not leave two babies in the car. He waited in line for nearly another 5 minutes before anyone attended him. When they finally got to him they grabbed our bag of food from the pickup area. It had been ready for pickup and was sitting for a while. No one had attempted to deliver it to my vehicle. When we received our food the burgers & fries were cold. The buns were soggy and we couldnt eat our burgers because the buns tore apart. Besides the food, the ice in our drinks melted and were watered down. After this unpleasant experience I highly do not recommend and do not plan on wasting my money for such a poor experience.

Love my Habit.. This is the new summer grilled peach chicken salad.. Uhm! This is heaven!  Shakes, burgers like teriyaki with grilled pineapple, sweet potato fries.. Amazing customer service! Friendly service! And unlike the other location food quality! Cannot recommend strong enough! Also great prices!

Huge success on date night at Habit Burger! Everything was fresh, hot, and just how we orderedit.  Small detail, but sure is nice to be at a place that allows pumping of Ketchup and special sauce, all I wanted!

Whoever is in charge here is VERY good at their job! Everything we ordered came out perfect! All of the staff we encountered were pleasant and the restaurant was clean. We appreciate the service and the food. Thank you from New Meadows Idaho.

Excellent food, very clean inside and excellent and speedy service.  We dined in and while dining we experienced extremely polite and courteous staff.  Young lady at the register was very professional, welcoming and courteous.  Another young lady, while sweeping the floor expressed a 'welcome to The Habit' to every new customer walking in.  We were so impressed we spoke to the manager, Jerry, and congratulated him on the great establishment and staff he was managing.  For those who patronize the Red Robin, we highly recommend you try The Habit.  Once you do, you won't be going back to Red Robin.

Burger was pretty good and fries. Good service as well

I like the Habit very much, but I am only giving 3 stars mainly because the cooks were not paying attention. I asked for no pickles in my burger, and my receipt indicated that. However, the cook chose to load it up with pickles anyway. I also ordered bacon on the burger. No bacon. The manager offered to make me a new one, but I just asked him to get me a couple of strips and bring it to my table. Don't get me wrong, the food is great, but customer service rates high with me. I will return, and hopefully, they can get the order right.

I recently ate there with my wife. She had a burger and loved it, I had the grilled chicken sandwich and wasn't so impressed. It was a pretty small chicken breast supposedly with teriyaki sauce that had little to no flavor. The toasted bun was excellent but was so thick compared to the chicken it overpowered the sandwich. I'll stick to the burger next time.  The interior of the restaurant was very nice, the staff and service were both excellent. Altogether a nice experience but maybe avoid the grilled chicken.

We we’re looking for somewhere new to eat and decided to try this place. We picked up the order to go and brought it home. My order was completely wrong. I ordered a double char burger and received a single. I asked for no onions and the burger was smothered in onion. We checked the order slip and we ordered it correctly.  I thought the fries might be ok but they were way too salty and some were raw. My boyfriend’s order was right though so there’s that. We won’t be back.

Delicious burger. It actually looked better than the menu pic. The fries were good and fresh, just not my favorite. I got the Original Double Char with cheese, no bacon because I had a bunch at breakfast this morning.
