over and over again this location lets you down. from not getting the correct order or following your customized order and it nothing difficult.! Like when you ask to just have the sandwich cut in half they don’t do it asked them to add mustard they don’t. today the sandwich was sloppy and warm? who wants to eat a warm sandwich. my suggestion would be to stop being freaky fast on horrible delivery and take more time on the order itself.

Surprisingly delicious sandwiches! In my opinion, they often look sort of plainly, but pack a delicious punch. Super customizable sandwiches, from ingredients to the size; and fairly priced for all things considered.

Sandwich was good. I was puzzled by why the employees wore masks over their chins. We’re nearly two years into the pandemic. Hasn’t the Jimmy John’s corporation taught employees that masks are only effective at protecting employees and customers if they’re worn over both the nose and mouth?

Went inside, and they have some totally loud thumping and horrible devil music playing. Had to ask for it to go. Three young girls pierced and tattooed everywhere play God awful music.Food: 4/5

I'm so impressed by this restaurant. I've never had anything but excellent service there. Today I went in to place a catering order and was helped by the manager, Robert.  He was SO helpful. I wasn't sure how many sandwiches I'd need and he helped me figure out the best option. Then it came to the types of sandwiches, and he helped me select good choices for my guests.  While I was there, I ordered a ham sandwich for lunch. I decided to eat in the restaurant, and because I was alone, I had the opportunity to see the employees doing their jobs, but laughing and joking with one another while working. In these times it's great to see people happy at work.

Not what was advertised, unable to follow directions, even in store.  Went in today and ordered ham/turkey, dijon on both sides, wheat bread.  Unfortunately instead of the wheat they show on their site see photo, it was a seeded bread that was maybe driven over before before used.  Then I noticed the sandwich was dry, opened it up, and had dijon in just one corner.  Maybe I am just not a JJ customer because for me an extra 15 seconds and the right ingredients could have made this a good sandwich.

Great staff! Fast service and great food. I had an issue with my chip bag manufacturing related and they made it super simple to just get a new one.Food: 5/5

I’m highly irritated with whoever dropped off my food tonight. I understand mistakes happen but own up to them. I ordered my sandwich’s and a drink tonight and when I opened up my door to grab the food the drink had been spilt and there was no cup in site as well as the bag to my food was wet. Mention I live in an apartment to so not like I can just wash it off. Nobody knocked to let me know they spilt it nor tried to help out. Later on I took my dog out and they had decided to leave the empty cup near the entrance of the apartment about 30 feet away. How disrespectful is that they could have just left it with the spill but the fact they left trash out it’s irritating. Then we called the eagle restaurant and they said they were going to add $10 to my account but they haven’t and I don’t think that’s even a thing because they didn’t refund my card. Really disappointed with this location as well as the fact the past 2 times I’ve ordered my food it’s taken an hour to get to me.

Awesome sandwiches and service. Peanut allergies beware of the chips peanut oil. They have lettuce wraps, which they call the Unwich, and 3 different types of bread.

Food poisoning. All three of us ate sandwiches. Middle of the night and next day we were all super sick. It's the only thing we all ate in common.
