The customer service, communication, and attention to detail at 5 points really sets the standard and made replacing our roof an easy process. Our project manager, Jordan, coached us through every step. He was easy to reach and quick to answer our questions. The roofing crews showed up on time, worked efficiently, and kept a clean job site. After the work was completed I didn't find any trash or nails on our property. Overall, we are very pleased with the quality of their work and our experience with the 5 points staff.

Our Sales Rep, Jordan, was awesome. He explained everything and was available whenever we had questions. He made sure we understood everything and went out of his way to ensure that we were satisfied. Our Project Manager, Andrew, did a wonderful job and was very meticulous about all aspects of our job. He walked us around and inspected everything to be sure the job was satisfactory and that things were cleaner than when they started. I judge a company based on its people and this one is top notch.

Fabulous experience! To begin, our sales Representative was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Crew arrived exact day and time that we scheduled. Job went extremely fast. Entire crew was professional, experienced and efficient. These guys knew what they were doing and came ready to do it. Job finished in one day and cleanup was thorough.Final bill was exactly as bid: fair and reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

These guys were great! After the experience with them I can confidently recommend them. They were fast and cleaned up very well. They weren’t the cheapest however, you get what you pay for. My architectural shingles look fantastic. The neighborhood is jealous! Give them a call.
