I had the absolute greatest experience working with Terry! I was completely blown away by his personalized service, and his knowledge of his industry. He helped me navigate the insurance world, and then worked closely and quickly with me to find the best solution to my specific needs. Not to mention his prompt response when I reached out. I found him by calling several places, and feel like I won the roofing service jackpot. He was more than fair, and went above and beyond to deliver a great service with fantastic customer service and results. I have already sung his praises to friends and family, and would highly recommend him and his team for any roofing needs.

Never called back but once after MY 2nd call, made a plan to come out for an estimate and months later, nothing.  Also seemed to want more money saying the deductible was not covered by them.  That has nothing to do with anyone but the insurance company.  Even I knew that.  Smooth talker, but a do nothing kid of person.  4th time was a charm.  Contacted Bone Dry Roofing and had the job done within 3 weeks.  Will recommend them highly, but Woodall, did not think about poor reviews when he left me hanging with a leaky roof.
