I had a great experience with this company. They picked up and made right what another left me trying to resolve for over a month. A family friend reffered me and I was able to call them that morning and explain my stituation.  They had someone by that day and the best part was my repair was completed the next day. As a single female homeowner I found this company quite refreshing and honest. They are truly in business to make customers for life not just a one time deal.

Nothing was ever done when scheduled.  Never got calls back.  Finally did work after I left for vacation.  No calls, no notifications.  Came home to leaking skylight, damaged gutter, trampled plants, and trash all over yard.  This was done last summer but I am still finding nails and roofing debris in my yard every time I work in my flower beds or around my house.  Very disappointed.

Good luck on getting good them to do any work. Talked to the owner twice and sales rep twice. 4 weeks later, still waiting for someone to show up.

Thumbs up for Reliable. We had a leak at our complex and they kept coming back until they found exactly where it was (no small task). Reliable has many hard workers who are very professional and will figure out what's going on with your roof...
