I cannot thank this dealership enough for all they did to help my mother get into another vehicle. She worked with Shawn and David and they both went above and beyond for her and I am forever grateful. She wasn't treated like "just another customer" but rather like a "friend." I would recommend 5 Star to anyone knowing that they do everything in their power to help you when they can. Thank you so very much.

I went to Five Star Chevrolet Dealership to first test drive several vehicles and Mitch Grigsby went above and beyond and when it came time to buy my pickup today (9/15/2017) Everyone who took care of me were very helpful especially Mitch. He is the best salesman I've ever had in the history of buying vehicles. If they had 10 stars I would give him 11 stars. If there was recommendation I would recommend him to anybody who needed great service. If I had a question he wouldn't guess if he didn't know. He would get hold of someone who did. I like how I was treated in general with my purchase. I couldn't say anything bad about my visit. Awesome place to do business! Mitch showed me everything like meeting the service staff and parts people. I'm very glad I met him from the first day of test driving to decide a vehicle that would go for the longest time (my last vehicle). Thank you to all who I had contact with.

I will start off by saying that my salesman Gary Gallinger went out of his way to help me buy my new vehicle and Shawn Lock did an amazing job to teach me how to use my electronics. My complaint stems with manager, Allen Erickson. I bought my vehicle December 08 2017 (very late Friday night)when there was a promotion of when you trade in your old car you will receive a XBOX One system. I was told upon signing that I wasn’t going to be receiving a XBOX One system because I got such a great deal on my new vehicle. (They matched another dealerships price..kind of). This was the 1st time anybody had mentioned this to me. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! When I spoke Allen the following Monday and complained about the situation and losing a good customer over a XBOX system, he agreed and said that he would give me the XBOX…..AFTER, and only after I completed and he received a perfect survey from Five Star and a perfect survey from Toyota. I was forced to agree to this in order to receive a XBOX that was rightfully already mine and was going to be a Christmas gift to my husband. I email Allen twice telling him that I had completed the surveys….no reply….I called 3 different times…no returned calls. I eventually got my XBOX after Christmas. Needless to say….very, very, very disappointed in Five Star and this will not be my last review.

I recently purchased my fourth (yes 4! first one in 1984) Toyota van. This is the 2nd one from Five Star. I do love Toyota. I appreciate the quality of service I received from Five Star during the ownership of my previous Sienna. That was one of the big reasons I did not hesitate to return to them when I wanted to purchase another vehicle. They were willing to locate just the one I wanted. There was no pressure to purchase more features than I wanted or any extras. All my questions were answered clearly and anything I wanted clarified was reviewed. Derek took plenty of time with me to review the features on my new car and make sure I was comfortable with everything before I left the lot. Good job all around Five Star!

Excellent buying experience ! Mitch and Tini took great care of us and we couldn't be happier. This is the second vehicle I've purchased from this dealership and I've used their service department exclusively for over ten years and have never had a problem.
