Don't let the location or the age of the building fool you. The cars were clean and fairly priced. Kevin was friendly and not pushy. We asked that some things get repaired prior to purchase, which they did. He kept us up to date on the progress of the work and when the car was ready. Not without a couple of snafu's that happen in the car buying world,but we worked through those together. I would buy there again.

We recently;y needed to buy a car to replace our aging 2004 Dodge Neon. After almost two weeks of shopping dealers and independents up and down the infamous South Tacoma Way auto row, we found ourselves at Vista. What a pleasant surprise. Absolutely no pressure, very friendly staff and a nice selection of used vehicles. After almost buying a Honda CR-V, Kevin Toop suggested that we try a fully loaded, one owner 2011 Nissan Rogue SV. We not only got to drive it for as long as we wanted ALONE (nice touch), but he also let us take it to our local mechanic for a thorough inspection. 
At no time in the process did we ever feel any kind of pressure to buy. Early on Kevin assured us that "If it's not the right car for you then you shouldn't buy it."
What a refreshing difference from most of the other car dealers we met during this process. We're so thankful that we stopped at Vista and got treated fairly and with respect. Best of all, we got a great car at a fair price!

A great car buying experience overall. Vehicle was in great condition and the asking price was very reasonable. Kevin was not a pushy sales man at all. He gave us the keys and sat in his office while we looked the car over, even gave us 20 minuets for a sales person free test drive!!! He answered all of our questions and treated us well.  Would very much recommend!

Asked about a job and the receptionist I spoke with was very rude and short with me. I hope no one has the same experience I went through.
