Price gave me false hope that my issue could be a warranty issue when he took my truck all day. And had it looked out to find the collision center was just as incompetent for my own research was better put together. Maybe because I'm a tech in my field. I felt like they were feeding me non sense. Not because it wasn't what I wanted to hear but because it did not make troubleshooting since to what was diagnosed.. then I get charged 240 dollars for the service I was under the impression was going to be a warranty issue. My upside to all of this was only that Tyler Gonzales continuely gave price the answers for the questions that I had and saved me a hundred dollars on the ticket. Through and through I will not be buying another vehicle or servicing with dick Hannah and I will copy paste this to google people should no about service guys luring people on false solutions only to be charged for knowledge you already know.. what a waste.. so sad

I came into dick Hannah today to trade in my car, Lowen Murray helped me and he was wonderful. They traded my car in for a decent price, that I was very comfortable with. Lowen explained everything in detail for me. I love my new car!! Thank you dick Hannah for you good service.

This was a disaster. .. After spending over an hour waiting for paper work to be completed, my wife's name on the paper work was Rob Tacoma.  Her name is not Rob... And her last name is not Tacoma. We did however buy a Tacoma. The professional in charge of the loan docs actually had to go his boss if he needed to change it.... Maybe he needed to understand how to change it? Nevertheless we waited another 30 to 45 minutes for our docs to be ready to sign. After signing about 5 docs, we were out the door and finally on our way home. Once home I received a phone call telling me that the professional forgot to get our down payment and needed more signatures..The next day he drove over 50 miles to our house for signatures. No apology. Next day... Calls back says he forgot to get more signatures. Apologises via text. Shows up @8 gets signatures. No apology in person. Quite the awkward meeting. I have bought 3 vehicles from Dick Hannah in the last 5 years. This was by far my worst experience buying a car. He was my salesman and my finance guy. Did any question get answered correctly, or was this guy just talking out his ass...We are done buying from Dick Hannah because obviously the car buying experience was one that I will not experience again.

I have just purchased my 5th car from Dick Hannah, and I could not be happier!!! I really wish to thank you for the amazing assistance and service I have received. The sales representatives are top notch and bend over backwards to help you get into a new car!! Thank you again for the many years of great service!! It is a comfort to know Dick Hannah is there and ready to help me when I need them!!
