This place is great. Came in to look at a car and Curt was so helpful and kind. One thing that was INCREDIBLE was that not once did i ever feel pressured or rushed. I told him I would have to think about it and he was super understanding and didn’t badger me about making a decision right there. Not only that but I got a text later that night saying how he enjoyed meeting my mother and I and hoped to see us again soon. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Curt is the best, I would 100% recommend him to anyone.

Jose Trujillo is an awesome sales associate.  He made the car buying process easy and painless! The cars on this lot are not overpriced they are at market value. We didn't feel any haggle pressure or get any sales gimmicks.

Finally was able to have my vehicle fixed. Thank you for being understanding. FYI future buyers, If issues occur when purchasing a vehicle make sure it’s noted in the deal rather than word of mouth.. will deescalate other problems down the road. Great customer service !

The people here at South Tacoma Auto are amazing. Not only do they talk to you like a human, but they treat you with respect. Be upfront and honest with them and they will do the same for you. The people i worked with directly were great. Jose(salesman), Ben(salesman), Mario(finance) and Tom(sales manager) could have not done anymore to make the process easier or smoother. They did a great job on my trade in and gave me a great deal on the Ram 2500 that I purchased. Also,  Ron(service manager) helped me out a great deal. Ron and Tom worked together and with me to get a problem fixed on my truck after I purchased it. My truck did not have a warranty but they still helped me with all the parts that were needed to fix the problem. I cant say enough positive things about the people that are employed at this dealership. Thank you all at South Tacoma Auto for all that you have done.

I had a Great Experience at Tacoma South Auto. The Cars are Amazing. The team work with you on Prices.  The team hears your Wants and needs and help in every way.  I world definitely recommend
