Took my car in, they had it for a month, they delivered the car to me at work. It looked good, but about 3 days after I got it my car caught on fire and was totaled, they will not take responsibility for it, they put oil in my car and checked the check engine light. They failed to check under my car to make sure the muffler and gas line were properly connected. They simply fix body damage, if you are concerned about your car and how it runs after an accident DO NOT GO HERE. If it’s a minor damage I would say go they do good work. But they cost me my car that was not even 5 years old off the lot.

Do your self a favor dont use them. The first time i got the car trunk didn't work and it was sitting crooked. Told them to fix it. It took them three more weeks. When we finally got it back there was a ding on the front of the car looks like something fell on it and the plates were missing. They say theres no way they did it. My car is a 2016 less than a year on it. I know there was no dings

Customers are able to grade businesses without letting people know what happened. Not to fair for business owners! Mr. Goel you were told up front that you drive an older vehicle that we had to order parts from the vintage parts distributor that would take 10 business days to get and we tried to get them to overnight but was unable. Ms. Mcgirt I personally explained to you that the other shop missed a part when doing the estimate thats why it was more! We strive for excellent customer service!!
