They explained what needed to be done and the cost involved so that I could understand. They weren't the least expensive, but the customer service was well worth it. They gave me a ride back to my office after I dropped off my vehicle and they delivered it to me when it was done. Talk about 'red carpet' treatment. I will definitely use them again!

I have been taking my car to Bill for over 15 years and the integrity, smiles, and professionalism especially me as a customer has NEVER changed. The personalism I experienced when I needed tires one year and Lee strongly suggested to cancelled my trip until I can afford those tires let me know it was more about my safety than business as usual. It's truly hard to find vendors who care. I highly recommend Warren Secord Automotive and Tire Factory.

I had another great experience last week at Warren Secord.  I showed up Thursday morning without an appointment since I needed TWO headlights replaced.  They gladly took me in and changed my oil too.  As it turned out, I needed a complete front end break job.  It's comforting for me to know that when Lee tells me I need a break job, it know it has to be done.  I've been able to put 100% faith into Warren Secord and what they recommend.  They have always told me what can be wait or what repairs need to be done right away.   Warren Secord sets the standard for great customer service!

The Nokian WRG3 tires were a great selection guys!! For the BMW M235i X-drive, these winter tires are a fantastic. Maybe they dont have the grip as the Michelin Pilot Sports on dry pavement, but they are WINTER tires! They handle in wet great and are smooth and quiet ride. They will head over the pass this weekend and drive in slushy snow over the holidays. I expect they will do great. Thanks for the great recommendation.  If the price is right, i would recommend them for any vehicle that wants a good winter tire on their vehicle.

Way OVER PRICED!
Well I came here thinking I was going to save money since I was told they could do it less than the dealership but they ended up charging about 100 bucks more than the dealership. They did the job but it cost me an arm and leg. 3 hr job..... 90 dollar part, 600 total cost. Definitely can't afford to go back.
