Was told an hr wait, took 2 hrs, no big deal. They fixed my wheel (rim cost 130 bucks x/) cuz it was cracked and causing my tire to deflate. After picking up my baby from the sitters on my way home the same day, my tire goes completely flat coming off the freeway. The TIRE company didn't check the tire pressure after putting it on! So the friction from decreasing the speed so rapidly made it flatten completely. Obviously I cant leave my car on the freeway cuz by that time they were closed and closed sunday so I had to get my car to a safe place till monday, so I had to drive on my flat tire (which I just got about a month ago) which now has a big gash in it from driving flat! And the real kicker is they didn't give me the tool that was supposed to come w the wheel cuz of the special lug nuts so I can't even put the donut on. And I had to call into work sat, yesterday AND prob will have to today as well to get it fixed. and I'm a server so I'm missing out on income AND tips. All because this TIRE company didnt do their whole job. Now I get to bus it an hour to go try and get them to fix their mistake...

Update: They are taking me to my car so they can put the spare on so I can follow him back with it and they are going to take care of it. At least they didn't make my life more difficult by trying to say they weren't responsible or something, I'll give them that.

Update again: got back to the shop, my spare matches my tires so they put the new rim on the spare and thats my tire now. Then charged me 80 bucks for a new spare...whatever at least it's done and over with...

I called 5 minutes before I got there to check the wait and was informed it would be an hour and a half. Two hours after arriving I walk outside and see my car hasn't been touched much less being worked on.  

Also don't trust their used tires if they offer, they put one on my car and it went flat and was "unrepairable" the very next day, after they took my original tire which was still covered under the tread warranty.  

I've had decent interactions with this location in the past but after these last two incidents I recommend the one in south Federal Way and I'll be trying the one in Renton next.

Super quick, super friendly, great price. An out of state family member needed one light truck tire. Other tire shops in the area were out of stock. This Les Schwab had multiple varieties available and one was even on sale. They had it done and installed in about 45 mins. All of the staff were prompt and polite. A truly professional operation at this store.
