My experience at Fix Auto has always been an impressive experience. Their quality of work showcases their absolute dedication and commitment in ensuring  customer satisfaction and time commitment. This is the third repair I received at the Puyallup location and they have always exceeded the standard to ensure fulfillment. Doug and Pam demonstrated eminent customer service and took the appropriate steps to ensure a timely delivery. I really appreciate the professionalism.  Thanks again.

My husband had his car fixed here and the only thing was that gave him a estimate, but it changed every 1-2 weeks. Leaving the insurance company to have to pay more than the car was valued at. In his opinion he would have rather just had the insurance cash out his car, but the way they kept finding things to do kept the insurance company on tap for the funds. However they did a great job.

A great local body shop that did a great job fixing my truck after being rear ended. Very helpful with the paperwork and repair process. I really like the email status updates of the repair progress.

Was in an accident in my work vehicle.  This place did an amazing job!  their responsiveness to questions either in person or over the phone was great.  Would highly recommend their work.
