I would recommend for no one to use this place as my daughter took her 2011 Dodge Nitro in for a oil change and they broke her dip stick and said that it was her fault. They say that it was because it was shoved in too far. Never in my entire life have I ever seen a dipstick break unless you use something else to remove it. So they gave one that is not for her vehicle. They need to own up to there mistake and make it right. Do not use them at all.

I received a super kind gesture from Serena at the Valvoline in Sumner WA today. My car battery died in the Fred Meyer parking lot so I called the Valvoline next door to see if They could help. Serena didn't hesitate and came right over and jumped my battery. THANK YOU so much!

We took our 2004 Cummins Diesel truck in to have the oil changed - it was almost 90 degrees out and they have you sit in the car the entire time roasting without the AC because they take your keys... (personally I think it's so you can't run away from the upselling!) No offer of water or anything. Then after the oil change we don't make it more then one block or so and the engine starts running so rough that it will not stay running - we nurse the truck back and the lead (I'm guessing here as he told us there was no one else with authority there) Informed us that we were getting aggressive (yes voices got raised - but they broke the truck!) and then we were promptly told that there was no way they could have cause the truck to run like that and we were dismissed. Hmmm... Truck runs perfect going in - horrible coming out -- Really.... I don't think so. After that we sat in front of their store waiting for a tow until 9pm, they never once acknowledged that we were still there. After a 100+ dollar oil change you would think they would at least offer water or ask if they could assist in any way - but nothing. Just closed up shop and left. They Corporate office is handling a claim to get the truck repaired but now we have to rent a car and we're without a truck until it's fixed... All in All Extremely Bad Customer Service.

Took our Son's high mile Durango for oil change with coupon. They did a great job on the oil change, hit all the lube points, and advised on other misc things. Very happy with the service.
