Very personable/honest. Didn’t waste my time or money. Set me up with a free loaner vehicle for the day, so no hassle there either. Diagnostic fee was a bit higher than expected, but as far their services go, they say they are competitive and can price match. I drive a Honda, so I think I’ll stick to the Honda service specialists. It’s what they do.

Got oil change and service there today, Ann was my service advisor. She was great and so helpful. I will definitely see her again for my next appt. Stopped shy of 5 stars only because I was there for 3 hours, which was only because they were SO busy, not really their fault. Great place, they treated me very well. :-)

Jamie followed up quickly following my inquiry about an online listing... When I showed up for our test drive, she had the vehicle pulled up to the entrance, ready to go.  The listing was accurate, Jamie was knowledgeable and very nice to work with, and as a full-disclosure dealership the sale was very transparent and low-pressure.  I felt like I knew exactly what I was buying, and knew what was happening each step of the signing process.  Thank you!  Great way to kick off the new year!

Our experience  was great from beginning to end. We were warmly greeted by Eddy Vasquez upon our arrival when we came to look at some cars. He introduced us to Alan Terry. When we returned a couple of days later, both of these gentlemen were friendly, interested, courteous, sincere, and respectful. There was NO pressure. As Eddy helped another customer, Alan gave us his full attention. He really listened, carefully considered our wants, needs, and budget and was able to satisfy all at a price that is still making us happy and adding to our good feelings about this dealership and our very first Honda!!! It won't be our last. I would highly recommend Rairdon's Honda of Sumner!!!

Honda of Sumner provided excellent service. We had a very satisfying experience. The sales staff listened to what we needed and were very accommodating. We’ve been taking our older Honda to Honda of Sumner for maintenance for years- they were the first dealership we thought of when we decided to buy a new vehicle. After shopping around, we knew Honda of Sumner was the place we would buy from.
