(More like 4.5 stars out of 5) Steven L. was great to work with. Finance was good too. I knew what I wanted when I walked in the door and I had done my research beforehand so I knew what the car should cost. A good deal was eventually had but not without some of the old school haggling, sales techniques and pushing of extended warranties. I would have gladly passed on that part of the deal but it is what it is—and hence the 1/2 star deduction. At the end of the day, Steven is a great guy. A straight shooter. You’ll appreciate his directness. He’ll get you in the right vehicle at a fair price.

Sam is the best. He so kind and willing to help. He is very knowledgeable and is able to answer any question that I ask. Tommy, who I bought my car from from genuine and everything he said completely matched up. Shelley in finance was very throughout when explaining the fine details of the car loan. She went out of her way to get me financed, as I HAD sub-par credit. It's not too bad anymore. I continually recommend sunset to everyone and will continuing purchasing from then.

Best car buying experience I have ever had. My salesman was Mike Cook. He treated my with respect from the start. I would highly recommend Mike. The signing of documents was quick with no pressure or stress. Mike's  sales manager(I think) Jeff was courteous, up front and quickly responded to my offers. Mike also took the time to go over all the features in my new car. I would absolutely buy another car from them.

I was very impressed as my salesman was out on medical leave. I had called him on his mobile phone not knowing he was out. He told me his situation and ensured me I would be taken care of. Mike G my salesman made arrangements for me to work with Roman the owners son. I was set up with one of the managers. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Sunset and have always been well taken care of. I would recommend anyone searching for a new vehicle to call Sunset. Phil Mitchell the owner runs a quality operation and it is family owned.

I have always had a great experience at Sunset Ford.  Great customer Service, timely maintenance and experienced crew.  They never do more then is needed and always call to review service options before doing the work.  When I don’t have a ride home, they shuttle me back to my place and pick me up if needed.  I fully recommend them to anyone needing service for their Ford.
