Nick was fantastic. I felt super bad the fact he was working till 11:30. He was super patient about doing this for us. Our landlord was extremely unresponsive about our heater going out. She had told us that we could not have anything done that was over 150 without her consent. When nick got to our place did the diagnosis and said it would be more than we had to contact our landlord and she was not responding at all. Then after he had already installed the parts needed to fix our heater. She then responded and told us that we should tell him not to put it in AFTER it was already in. It was a complete mess and he kept his cool the entire time. Much appreciated it!!

They do everything. I had my air-conditioner cleaned and tuned up, my furnace tuned up and inspected and my water tank flushed clean and inspected.  They have technicians that specialize in each appliance. They are very professional and clean too.  I also had an electronic air filter added to my furnace.  Great job! My husband and I noticed our furnace was making noise and was cycling on/off too quickly. We looked through numerous reviews for other companies and even called a few to ask a few questions. Fix-It 24/7 had good reviews on multiple platforms and when I spoke to them they weren't pushy and helpful. After Justin investigated what was causing the problem he told my husband what needed to be done and another option that could be done that would help the furnace run more efficiently, collect extensively more dust and pet dander, and we would only need to put a new filter in only every 6 months vs every month. It was a lot more money than what we were expecting to pay since we were hoping the furnace just needed to be cleaned. He educated us throughly so we knew that in the long run it would save us money. He wasn't pushy and gave us time to think about it. He was able to answer every question in a way we could understand. As he worked on the furnace, he took before/after pictures of parts he cleaned and showed what he was doing. He was very informative therefore, we learned a lot, which is helpful because we didn't have a lot of knowledge regarding our furnace. He was also generous in helping us out financially since our budget was extremely tight because I'm an above knee amputee with severe nerve damage and living on disability with an extremely high amount of medical bills. It was a breath of fresh air how he helped us with everything! I highly recommend Fix-it 24/7 and request Justin.  We will definitely call him again when we need him. Thank you Justin!!

This company did as promised!  I was amazed with the amount of work Andy did to my furnace.  Andy pulled out the blower; cleaned the whole unit; put everything back together again for $39.00!! I paid $220.00 for the same service at my mom's two months ago, and they did not do half the job Andy did!  I only wish I had known about Fit it 24/7 sooner. 
Andy did not try and sell me additional services.  
I don't write reviews often.  But, when a company comes in and does exactly as promised, they desire a good recommendation.  I will use them again!  I have already recommended them to my family and  friends.

Fix-it you are all amazing. My heater went out when I found out I was sick with pneumonia. I was hysterical and my boyfriend called Fix-it 24/7 for me. The office was so kind understood the importance of my situation and sent George out to fix my boiler with in a hour. Fix it 24/7 you blew your competitors out of the water with your epic customer service and kindness. You have a customer for life. Thank you
