Roto Rooter came out and quickly resolved my issue.  When I called the call center, I was able to get an immediate appointment the next day.  Other companies pushed me 3-4 days out.  The Regional Manager came out first (early!) followed by a very knowledgeable tech.  He was able to get the problem resolved well within the hour he predicted.  The price was a little higher than I'd hoped, but good service is always worth it. Hopefully I won't have to use them again- but if the need should arise, they'll be the first phone call.

Paul was the man. Very respectful and professional. Came in and got the job done quickly and efficiently and cleaned up any mess he made. Even stayed after and walked me through preventative measures so it wouldn’t happen next time. I recommend Paul for anything needed!

We had a terrible drain issue in our laundry room. Anytime we did a load of laundry the water would come up. Justin David #5289 came in and fixed this problem in like 30 minutes. I was stressed this would end up being one of those issues that pile up to be super expensive but Justin was super nice super professional asked a ton of questions to make sure he was just doing what we needed. He gave us preventative options to make sure the issue won't happen again. If I need a drain fixed again I will definitely call them and ask for Justin! Awesome affordable experience!

We are return customers. Called today for a main line back up. The call center said 2 hours and Paul arrived about 45 minutes after our call. He cleared our line and was very polite. Will be going back for any further issues.

Our main line had a blockage and Mike S was here within 2 hours of our call.  He cleared our line within an hour.  He was fast, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable.  What a great experience considering the type of problem we had.  I would recommend to all our family and friends.
