Another great experience with Applewood.  We requested an electrician and they sent Jon Williams (Master Electrician) out to do the hard wire for our new hot tub.  Jon was professional and courteous and explained every detail along the way.  Additionally he noted that if I became a member I could save on services.  By joining I saved over $900 on this project alone and will be getting a furnace inspection at no charge!  Jon did beautiful work ensuring the new conduit was placed such that it didn't detract from the exterior of our home.  Really great service from a super nice guy.  SO PLEASED!

Couldn't get my water heater to stay lit. Applewood was able to send someone the same day.  Lee explained options including repair vs. new unit in plain terms with no hard sell.  The replacement price was 4 times more than the repair and Lee gave me the options and totally let it to me indicating he would gladly do either.  I chose the replacement and very long guarantee. Company delivered a 50 gallon unit from the warehouse in 45 minutes.  Installation was thorough, replacing lots of pipe to insure proper working, and he explained as much as I wanted to know. Very knowledgeable. Frankly, he was the absolute best service person I have ever dealt with in my 68 years.  He should be president of the company.

My hot water heater went out on Friday morning.  Applewood had a  plumber who could come out on Saturday (the first time I was available).  He arrived on time and was very thorough in describing the work that needed to be done and the timeframe for getting the work done.  He arrived early Sunday morning with an electrician and the two of them worked throughout the day.  The work was well done and they made sure I understood what had been done and what the warranties were for the work.  I have never used Applewood in the past but will certainly use them for all my plumbing needs in the future.  In addition, I will request the two technicians (Daniel P and Jeremy S) as their level of professionalism was impressive.  Nice work!

I phoned Applewood yesterday, knowing that I needed to replace my water heater.  They sent their plumber, Darrell Crochet out to do the job.  Although it was late, approx. 6 p.m. when he showed.  Not their fault, mind you.  He came and looked at it and verified it would need to be replaced.  It was so late for a normal work day, I gave him the option of returning the next day to do the repair.  He assured me it could be taken care of that day.  His estimate was approximately 5 hours.  He was friendly and courteous and got right to work on the job.  Fortunately, he was done by 10 p.m.  That time also include removal of the old tank and cleaning up after himself.  He was very courteous, professional, and friendly.  I have used Applewood before and there has never been a problem.  And they always come the same day that you call.  I highly recommend them.  Their prices may be higher than others, but they stand behind their work and it is done professionally.

We recently moved into a home that was in need of electrical, a new furnace, air conditioning unit, and hot water tank.  Called several companies for quotes.  
We chose Applewood not based on being the least expensive.  In fact, they were on the higher end, but to put a price on quality products and prompt good old fashioned customer service, is well worth it when dealing with equipment that heats and cools everything you use on a daily basis.  Brian, Ben, & Mason were licensed great guys we trusted to install properly, and respect our home.  Wouldn't hesitate to give them a call again.  
Good example of you get what you pay for:  we had hired and paid two Electricians for several days to solve our electrical problem, which they couldn't do.  We then hired Electrician Brian from Applewood and he literally solved all our electrical issues within 30 minutes.  You can guess who cost us less money in the long run!
