Brittany. Maybe if you were not in the guys blind spot and so "possessive" of your lane we wouldn't have this problem.  I lived all over the country and have never seen such a dangerous blind spot situation before.  Learn how to drive before you try to damage peoples livelihood. Loser.

Cut me off in traffic this morning headed west on Alameda Pkwy. As in, they didn't use a blinker and crossed into my lane with maybe a few inches between our cars and THEN turned the blinker on. Don't drive like an ass in a vehicle with your company name all over it.

My parents used A-1 Plumbing for 52 years. I had known the owners, father, and son and sister, since I was a child. When my wife and I needed plumbing work in our home, naturally we called A-1 without hesitation. They're always on time; how many tradespeople do YOU know who show up when they say they will? Their service is always first rate and professional.

A-1 Plumbing Company remains a famiy-owned business, honest and ethical. It's simply the best. Ignore the naysayers. They don't know what they're talking about.

DO NOT USE.
Our bill for assessing a gas leak was $1,617.49!!  This is just to check whether there was a leak!  Not to fix any leak!  I spoke with the owner, Dave, and he explained to me that they had to cap off all the appliances and test all lines in a 4 unit townhome complex.  But over $1600 just to tell us that yes, we have leaks and need new gas lines?  Ridiculous!  The worst part is that A-1 NEVER told us that the assessment alone would be around $1600.  Wouldn't common sense dictate that the owners, before getting an assessment, would want to know that the cost would be so astronomical?!  It's just hard for me to believe that it took them 16 hours at $90 per hour to tell us that there were leaks.  16 hours????  Really?

We would have NEVER used them if we had known this.  I'm in the process of trying to get our bill decreased.  Dave has so far said no to cutting the labor charge in half.  He's also said no to removing $500.  Stay tuned for the results.  I'm hoping to write back in and revise my review, but we'll see.

We have used these guys twice now and their service has been absolutely phenomenal. We had a sewer drain clog and later a tub faucet leak that I couldn't figure out myself.
We received estimates from another plumbing service and it was going to cost us $1557! They came out and did the same job for less than a third of the first estimate.
They are honest, good people and you should use them anytime you have a plumbing problem.
