Story

Fix my PC Store was founded by 2 individuals with passion for technology and service. Both Andew Harris and Bryan Pedrazzoli combined their common interest in 2005 to create a mobile computer repair company. It wasn’t until 2008 that they opened the first brick and mortar computer store in West Palm Beach Florida. Fix my PC Store was born and became the premier tech repair shop to have your electronic device fixed. In the Fall of 2014 Fix my PC Store opened a 2nd location in the Lake Worth / Wellington area. Besides the obvious desktop and laptop repair services we fix Macs, smart phones, tablets, game consoles and game handhelds. We provide professional web development, graphic design and SEO services. Our Specialty repairs include crack laptop or Macbook LCD Screen replacement, laptop DC power jack repair, data recovery, Apple products repair and Security camera installation. Fix my PC Store’s team is composed of several different departments. Front desk representatives, In-store PC technicians, On-site PC technicians, Smart phone \ Tablet technicians, Web Development \ SEO and security camera installers. Simple. Fast. Fixed.

Everything seemed good  when I picked up my PC. When I got my PC back to Tampa and went to put an additional hard drive in ... the tech didn't put my Hard drive casing back in and left it flopping around inside my PC.  Attaching the drive directly to the PC frame and not in the Hard drive enclosure.   If I had of turned on my PC when I first got home I probably would have FRIED my entire computer...     What is with people these days.  I was going to give a Five Star rating but now giving a 2 and felt like giving a 1. But they did give me a discount so I give them and extra point for that.

Further to this review Fix my PC called and arranged to send someone to my office.  They showed up on time and connected the USBs that were not working.      Thank you Fix my PC!              

Replaced my motherboard and everything seemed to be working fine.  Then I found 2 of my USBs were not working so I called and asked if they would walk me through re-connecting them.  Said I had to disconnect everything and bring it back in.  I run a business and cannot afford to take it back to them for who knows how long.  I will try to do it myself or get someone else to help.

I have used Bryan for over 12 years now. Best customer service. Would not trust anyone else with my computers and personal information. Very professional and knowledgeable. Trust every recommendation to protect my computers and never had a problem.

This company by far is the best. I have been working with the owner Andrew and he is professional, honest, up front, friendly, and is always providing superior customer service. I had a hard issue with my camera system and he took the job and made miracles happen. His staff is professional and gives the customer superior customer service. They are friendly and knowledgeable about what they do. I will never go anywhere else. You want the best you will get that with this company.

I was pleasantly surprised with the professional service received. My desktop was repaired in a promptly fashion. These technicians are honest and well informed. I wish more companies would follow their lead. Thanks again for a job well done!
