Yesterday's rating would have been a 1 star visit. Cashier barely acknowledged us in his line. His bagging skills are pathetic. Grocery items were tossed in the reusable bags without care, Heavy items on top of softer or more fragile items. Glass jars one on its side the other upright on top of it. Even though I asked him to he didn't scan the cartwheel app so I had to wait in line at customer service. When you use braces and crutches it is challenging & exhausting. Today's visit was much, much better. The cashier was very efficient & friendly. She properly bagged items in my reusable bags & scanned my cartwheel app for savings.

Customer service is great. Karen at the service desk was very nice and helpful. She got my product, answered my questions and saved me money! I love knowledgeable associates. That is what keeps me coming back.

Helpful floor staff and phone operator. Clean. Suitable inventory. Grocery and dry goods of course per Target's higher standards.

Was able to find everything with help from the staff. Very helpful. You can get help from their many staff members. It was a pleasure to shop here.

Started off with no wipes for cart and when I lifted the top of red box it's in to look for more, there was a cacaroach. When I went to service desk to ask for wipes for our cart, the lady said she can give me a paper towel. Store was stocked, and cleaned up fairly decent. Check out guy was nice, although the management over check out was not, maybe a bad day. Too young, not very helpful and quite rude. Then went to exchange an item (even exchange, well the item I wanted was .75 cents less then item I was returning) and the lady at service desk gave me a hard time, laughing at me trying to argue and made no sense. Telling me because it's another brand I had to pay an extra $5. I left there with .75 on a Giftcard. Never had an issue there, but then again I haven been there in over a year until just recently. Attitudes don't belong at work. If you choose to work for a company, you represent that company. A smile goes a long way. Maybe Target could have a talk with staff and hopefully they are getting treated well.
