Good Pharmacy but there is a tech there named Jennifer, I believe, who tries to play pharmacist even though she is only a tech and she is very mean and short with us every time we go to get our prescriptions. She seems to be angry at the world! They are often busy so there's usually a wait of about 45 minutes to an hour if you want to fill your prescription right then. But that's true of any pharmacy. The pharmacists are generally kind and knowledgeable, especially Ted. He is always friendly and so kind and very helpful with anything you need which is great! He's also very knowledgeable about his job and he does it well. I think it's important to have a good relationship with your pharmacist and a relationship where your pharmacist knows you and knows your history. Ted does that very well. Honestly, if it wasn't for TECH Jennifer, who is extremely rude, hostile and tries to play the part of pharmacist, I would give this pharmacy at 5. She makes everything so difficult especially when it's nothing difficult at all. She makes us feel uncomfortable and that really isn't fair because all we're doing is filling prescriptions that are medical doctors prescribed for us that we need for our daily lives and our health. Our prescriptions have been the same every single month from the same doctor forvYEARS and nothing changes, yet this Tech finds a way to make everything difficult and it's extremely frustrating. We get such a sense of relief when we walk in and see that Ted is the pharmacist on hand because otherwise the female Tech JENNIFER rules the place for some reason. I wish they would just have some sort of company meeting and explain to her the importance of manners and how to treat customers and people in general. I would like to walk into my Pharmacy and not cringe when I see someone that I know is going to treat me badly for absolutely no reason. If any Fry's manager or pharmacists happen to see this review, please educate the techs on how to treat customers with General kindness... that's all we ask for.

Conveniently located near the hospital. Flagstaff Pharmacy is a full-service pharmacy that is a division of Northern Arizona Healthcare. They provide patient education resources, hard-to-find and special-order items. They also provide a wide range of over-the-counter products. Prescriptions can be refilled over the phone and are generally available the next day. They offer free handicap parking and accessibility.

I really like the way how nice and friendly the staff is and that home town feeling in the pharmacy also I like the fact that if your in the hospital the pharmacy is already in the hospital there is no need to travel to other pharmacies it truly saves time and gas.

I use them to order compounds for the docs in our facility, and we're happy with the services.  My compounds have been available as next day service, which works great for our facility.
