The food was good, but the wait for it was long. There was a large children's birthday party in the back, kids running back and forth - so obviously family friendly. There was only two waitstaff working that ran their asses off to try and get everyone everything needed. It struck me as completely inefficient. This place should be a walk up to the counter get a number and people get your own drinks - but to each their own...

Delicious HUGE chocolate shake! I suggest, you ask to see the size glass the shake come in. !!!! It was too big for my friend and myself! If we had known the size, we would have probably split one to save room for the meal! Delicious HUGE burger and onion rings. Fun flashback atmosphere!!! Great service!!! Go hungry, plan to eat, and leave full!!! Best wishes to you!!!

Place was empty, took over two minutes for someone to tell us they would be with us. We waited another two minutes while the guy told us about all the items they were out off while still waiting to be seated. There were a number of people working but no one bussing a table. We left and went to Newport Cafe where we got seated right away and they were busy wall to wall with people.

Great burgers hand-pressed to order, awesome shakes, and hand-tossed pizzas. Good arcade and wonderful atmosphere with 50's music playing on the jukebox.

I was extremely happy with this restraunt. I was disappointed that they didn't come up on a Google search for reasonably priced food in Newport. Everywhere else I found that was recommended was 17 to 21 dollars a plate. This place is amazing at 11-15 a plate. The food is amazing and the wait staff is incredible. I live in Florence and I'm coming back here for sure!
