Been a loyal customer for many years. They have a punch card for customers who frequent the restaurant. Today I was told I can not use the punch card to order what I usually order. There are now stipulations that are not posted anywhere on what you can or cannot get when you have earned a free burrito. I have ordered the same thing for my free meal in the past but no longer.

 In the last year I have seen a major decline in customer service. Sad to say but I won't be going back. La Roca is better anyway.

This place is always good... I've been here countless times... The staff is always friendly.. The joint is always clean.. And the food is consistent.. For being as fast as it is this a 4 star because they always come through on the Oregon burrito.

They have amazing delicious soft tacos I specially recommend the habanero salsa if you like spicy!!! (I don’t like the rolled taquitos and carne asada they are not fresh! )everything else is very tasty! their drive trough is very useful! When you are in a hurry ! My prefer tacos are cabeza and carnitas ! Enjoy!

Came in around 930pm
Only customer. Not busy
Wasnt even greeted. Didn't acknowledge me.
Finally almost 3 mins later asked if I was ready. We said yes. She continued to do whatever she was doing... As 2 cooks were looking at us.. In total it waa probably about 6 mins till we qere officially helped.
For the price of a paper plate for 2 was not worth it. Ive had way better way better quality in food she didn't thank us. She didnt even bother to tell us how long we will be waiting. 
Poor customer service.
I don't expect much. But to say hi or a smile can at leaar change someones day.

Deeeelicious and huge burritos.
My favorite is the carne asada, where you get all meat and guacamole sauce, no fillers like rice and beans. Delicious flavor.
