Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.  They did a food job analyzing my daughter's feet before trying on shoes.  I thought the prices were a little high (considered 4 stars), but they checked out.

Came in to "look" because my shoe size usually is not in stock. I found the shoes I really wanted and was pleasantly surprised they had it in stock. Sales associate was fun, attentive, and not pushy. Great experience.

I was recommended to visit Fleet Feet from a few teammates in my roller derby league. I have flat feet, older quad skates, and skating backwards and/or doing fast feet manuevors was causing me extreme pain in my toes and plantar region of both feet.

I brought my skates in and within one minute of entering, I was greeted offered assistance. The young man who walked me through our innersole choices was patient and knowledgeable. They even let me slip my skates on to try out three different SUPERfeet innersoles which I did NOT except!!

The woman that rang up my order was also kind and welcoming (I am now in their system to rack up those points). This was my first visit to Fleet Feet but it is not my last!

Went in to get a decent pair of running shoes. After a brief explanation of the issues we had with a pair we had purchased from another store, he said he would stand behind the pair he suggested, so we bought them. He was right, well done!!
