As an experienced snowboarder, I appreciate a store like Ground Zero that carries only quality snowboard gear, so an unknowing customer won't walk out with an inferior product and hate snowboarding all because they thought they were getting a good deal from a knowledgeable employee. If you are in the Roseville area, absolutely every other snowboard dealer in the area stocks garbage, or a blend of good and bad, but Ground Zero only backs the good product. I'm not saying you will pay more for it, because you won't. I've found that on exact items, GZ offers the most competitive prices and offers package deals on all of their boards, boots, and bindings. What I am saying is this: Ground Zero = The best performing snowboarding gear for all abilities at the best price sold by a knowledgeable staff. Every other Roseville area snowboard dealer = Some to all of their gear is inferior in performance, though the staff may not know this or tell you this, and you are taking your chances.

Staff are helpful and work hard. I got to say though that the refund policy is a joke especially around Christmas time. After 5 days of the purchase, you no longer can get your money back you can only exchange it for the last 25 days of a typical 30 day refund policy. Which doesn't do much good, when you buy something on the 19th and can't find out whether or not the person likes the gift so you can return it within the 5 days before Christmas. Ground Zero is the only place Ive ever been to that has a refund policy like this, which they have taped to the front desk. Now I'm stuck with almost 100 bucks on a gift card I'll never use there. Sweet.

I had my lib tech edged and waxed there. The guy did a pretty good job. But he took off my bindings in the process. And when he put them back on he forgot to put a bolt in. So I had one binding with four bolts and another with three. I am an experienced rider and I was able to make it work for the day... because I didn't notice it until I was on the mountain. Someone less observant may have had a worse fate. Rookie mistake. Novice shop.

Great experience. Seth was very helpful in answering all my questions about getting a deck set up for cruising. I will definitely be coming back for anything I may need.

Very freindly service. Awesome staff, very knowledgeable and there prices are very fair. I refuse to order on line. I dont want to live in a town where all the shops are boarded up because I could save ten bucks on line. Live local, work local and spend local. That is what builds a strong community. They built a really nice board for my 7 year old right in front of me from hand picked componats with in minutes. I may have saved ten to twenty dollars on line, but I got to see every deck,every pair of trucks and wheels and bearings. Even softer bushings as my son is only 60 pounds. I got to see the board being made right in front of me and talk to some great people. All while supporting local buisness and local jobs. Thanks to the team at Ground Zero!
