I'll give you the main reason I gave this place five stars.  You know how sometimes you walk into a busy place and you feel like no one is paying attention to you or greeting you?  This never occurred here. The instant I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile and hello, and they told me they would be with me in a short while.  I am absolutely 100% OK with that.  I love seeing businesses thrive and stay busy and even though it took about 15-20 minutes for them to help me, they at least touched base with me a few times just to let me know they would be right with me.  That left such a good impression with me.  I honestly would have waited even longer if I had to because of this. If anything, this shows how successful of a business they are, and it showed how professional they are. Anyways, I ended up ordering a pair of the Beasts (by Brooks I think? ) and I love them!  I will definitely be back next time I need another new pair!

The People here are awesome. The knowledge and the education I got about being a beginner at running was so worth the time to talk to them. I wasn't rushed, pressured to buy or talked down to in anyway. After I wear out this pair I will be back from another!

Brand new to running I came in on a Sunday and met Lauren who taught me a lot in a short period of time and found the right shoes for me.  I ended up buying two pair because she was so helpful.  If you're trying to dig in deeper as a runner this is a wonderful place to understand running more in depth and get the right gear you need to succeed!

We live 3 hrs away but go there for the service. We got a defective pair of Brooks running shoes. I sent pictures in my email. Within 4 days new shoes arrived at our house. Great customer service and follow through. Will continue to make our annual trip to the store.

I agree with the other reviewers. This is a fabulous shopping experience. I am new to running and needed my first pair of shoes. The salesman was knowledge and helpful, never pushy. Measured my feet, analyzed my running with an iPad, tried different shoes and inserts, discussed socks and more. The was no pressure to buy more than I wanted. I left with just the shoes I wanted, but knowing what to look for if I do need other products. I would definitely go back.

I'm so glad I didn't just buy a well reviewed pair on Amazon. They had the same shoe in store and turned out they were nice but were not the most comfortable for my feet.
