The staff at Fleet Feet are very knowledgeable and will help you with anything you need. Shoes, clothes, GPS watches... sports bra fitting, etc. Awesome customer service and great return policy makes the pricing worth it. Running clubs are great motivation and the races they put on are organized and lots of fun. Highly recommend a visit in for any fitness needs. I'm sure you will be pleased!

I’m currently training for a half marathon and decided to get a proper shoe fitting to prevent injury. I knew I was wearing the wrong shoes, but I didn’t realize just how bad they really were. They have a 3D scanner and film how you walk to assess what kind of shoes you need, then suggest a few options for you to try on. They have a (very) short length of track you can use to test them out while running, which was really helpful. The woman I worked with was extremely knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time answering my questions as a beginner runner - including what she personally suggested for refueling and my goal time. When I had narrowed down my choices to two shoes, I mentioned that my heel was slipping in one even though I liked how it felt more overall. She showed me a different lacing technique to tighten the heel without pressing into the top of my heel! I’ve been running with my new shoes for just over a week and they are hands-down worth every penny. Seriously, check out their options and give them a shot. The employees are real runners and know what they’re talking about.

Horribly trained staff, the so called test area sucks. The manager/owner is completely horrible at customer service, the worst person to have a conversation with. Very fake! To the extreme this is most unprofessional woman I have ever encountered and the only good men's shoe they had was only in a size 9. These people deserve to go out of business. Very snotty, worst group of morons I have ever encountered. Do not go here. I forget her name "the owner" or who claimed to be the owner i think it was Ellen but she was flat out a bad crude disrespectful person to me from the jump and I wouldn't recommend going here if it was the last store in the world. I would rather make my own shoes and by the way most of the men's shoes are in women's colors.

It's great how you can run through the parking lot and try everything out before you buy.

The staff is so very knowledgeable, always helpful and friendly. The merchandise is excellent quality. If you need to find the right footwear for running or walking, this is where you want to go. The staff is hands down the best qualified.
