In store interaction was exceptional both ladies I worked with were very professional and knowledgeable. As for the delivery of my product I am not satisfied, was called at 11am the day of the delivery and told they would be at my home in about a hour. I left work waited hour past no delivery called the number back that called to inform me that they would be at my home in a hour no answer. I called the store and was told that they had to come back to get another customer order they forgot which caused them to be late delivering my items. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of other paying customers time and money.

Vanessa you are amazing took the time worked very hard to make sure everything was at my place on time. Ammar the owner he's great took the extra time to talk and see if there was anything else I needed. I said no thank you your amazing well educated sales lady Vanessa was 👍 GREAT

After a less then perfect experience the owner reached out to me and resolved my issues. Was very kind and explained where the company went wrong... the delivery department timing needs some work, but other then that it's a nice and friendly company.

I usually don't write reviews but this is the second time l waited for a delivery and as like last time it was almost 2 hours behind. I call store and the people make up excuses for their drivers instead of coaching them. This time around I'm called and told my delivery will be between 3-5 so 5pm l decided to check on my delivery. I get texted it will be between 630-730 which is unexceptable. I call store and once again they defend the drivers. She's like its tax time. I didn't order my furniture last time around tax time and it still came almost 2 hours late. I get stuff happen or comes up but they need to find a way to provide better customer service. I probably would have settled for a phone call but the driver. didn't provide that. Well they lost a customer my last time using their services. ✌️

I had been shopping for furniture for a few months. They had very good prices and if there is something you want that's not on the floor they will order it for you. Their website has many more options and is how I found them. Delivery took about 4 days. My furniture was wrapped perfectly to avoid scratches and scuffs. The delivery guys even set my old pieces out side so that I could load them up for the good will. They have financing with 90 days same as cash.
