Most horrible experience !!! Flowers were suppose to be delivered yesterday for a memorial , they were supposely left at door because No one was home. They were not left because my friends were home. So My husband called the florist yesterday they told him they were left but we already knew they weren't, she was going to look into it and call him back. Never received a call back. I called today she informed me that they hadn't made a new arrangement and it would be a day or 2 when they have a driver going out that way. Are you kidding me?? This a terrible way to run your business. I contacted FTD and they are handling it. Terrible way to treat your customer!!!

Very good pedicure and they even were capable of doing a design on my toes!

BEWARE!! I would be cautious if using this vendor. They were hired by the bride to do their wedding. ONE WEEK prior to the wedding they cancelled on doing the draping of the venue. It seems that if they were not able to do the job, they should have given the bride timely notice. They were hired about 6 months before the wedding! They were horrible about returning calls, much less answering the phone. 9 times out of 10 you got an answering machine. Good luck if you think they will return your call! I am the mother of the groom and attempted to order flowers for the immediate family. I left 3 voicemails and NEVER received a return phone call. I ended up contacting another florist for my order. It was a 6pm wedding and they were suppose to be at the venue between 3 and 4pm. They showed up just after 4pm. We had to wait on the centerpieces to be able to set up the tables. It put me behind and I had only 25 min. to get ready.! The bride also paid extra for the florist to pick up their belongings the same night of the wedding (Sat nite) to avoid the chances of anything breaking. We received a call on Tuesday, that the florist's items were still at the venue. Need I say more? Weddings can be so stressful and there is so much to do. To avoid any other headaches, I would look for another florist. Shame on you Arts & Flowers of Naples!
