Extremely poor customer care and in terms of safety of what you get. We bought rotifer egg cysts for over 300 usd, followed all the instructions in terms of storage and eclosion and never got even 1 rotifer. Got in touch with the company, and to resume, after a few less than helpful mails in wich they advise to just go on the manual and read about rotifers to be able to grow them, they said they cannot do anything because they used the same batch with succeed, so basically just thrown the money.
Great customer service! Everyone is always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional when I need to talk to them directly. Have made multiple orders for starter cultures and whenever I have a question they have an answer and a product to fit my needs. The only downside is you never get a tracking number and it's always a guessing game as to when your package is going to show up. For some this may not be a problem, but my neighbor is known for porch pirates and I NEED to know when my packages are coming so they don't get stolen.
First, the staff is very helpful in giving good advice, I have always found their products to be first rate. They do need to furnish more shipping information once the item has shipped, tracking numbers, time of shipment etc.
Placed order 2 weeks ago. No response!! Called today and thet told me they cant get the materials to make them and they were no longer available. It would of been nice if they would have let me know 2 weeks ago so i could have got them somewhere else. VERY FRUSTRATING.
This is where I buy all things related to my phytoplankton growing business and have for years. Except, now that I have moved to Florida, they are only a short drive from my home. It's a little bit like a kid in a candy store only nothing here is edible. At least not for human consumption.
Submit an order 2 weeks ago. No confirmation email, no call, nothing. My card wasn't charged, and now they're in "vacation" in the middle of October for a week.
I had a great experience at Florida Aqua Farm. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They had everything I needed for my clownfish babies. Will definitely be back in the future!
Staff is exceptionally helpful with online orders.
Although the communication and customer service is not top notch, the product is. Will do business again.
Great service and excellent advice to save money on product choice
