Marine Warehouse is the larget aquarium store in Florida. With over 7,500 square feet we proudly offer both fresh and salt water fish, corals, invertebrates, freshwater plants, pond supplies, and all the dry goods/ supplies you might need. We have a wide variety of standard aqauriums and stands as well as custom. Family owned and operated since 1976. Please come in and see our facilities and meet our courteous and knowledgable staff.

I recently moved back to Tampa and am looking to start a new marine reef nano tank. I visited 3 shops in the area, but Marine Warehouse was WAAAAY better!! They have multiple tanks from tiny to huge all set up to look at side by side. Much bugger display of tanks than most fish stores. Prices are excellent as I compared both tank and light set ups with Amazon and they were identical which is a huge plus. Selection of coral and fish was impressive, staff was friendly and helpful. Answering all my questions and options. Very impressive and I will be back. Thanks for an awesome store!!!!!

Despite all the negative comments. This is the only fish store I will stop by and purchase. Don't blame any of the staff for they got busy or with other customers, they are trying their best to take care of you, your fishes or corals. Remember, a busy fish store is the one you should go to. I know them for more then 15 years and still, they've been busy from day 1 until now. It's worth to wait :)

Wonderful experience. Have not been in the Hobby for almost 20 years but was wanting a new tank for the house. The older Brian helped my wife and I with all of our annoying and repetitive questions and helped us navigate all the waters. No pun intended. The other Brian was a big help as well. We now have a beautiful 90 gallon tank thanks to these guys. Staff is always friendly and smiling. Fish always look healthy. Well stocked. If I lived in st Pete I'd still be driving to these guys best in Bay Area. Ask for Brian

I am setting up a new aquarium and needed gravel, driftwood and needed some chemicals. The staff of 3 were "helping" other customers. One guy was talking to the same person from when I walked in till when I walked out. One guy was rudely pushing around large barrels of water, don't get in his way, he wasn't helping anyone! The girl was nice and helping people get fish, but taking entirely way to long. She was the only one actually helping people, she just needed to do it faster. The place had a bunch of people needing help that just went ignored. I watched as numerous customers walked out because of such horrific service. If you are a regular customer, then I guess you get to chat with them while others that may be there for the first time can wait. If you're lucky enough to go when there are no customers (which hopefully that will be very soon and they will go out of business) then count yourself lucky you may get helped. After waiting 45 minutes with no help I finally just left. I will NEVER be returning to this store. There are half a dozen fish stores on that stretch of Hillsborough, go to any one of those instead. The owners need to reevaluate how their employees treat customers and not make them wait an absurd amount of time. Even just purchasing an item there you have to wait for someone, it's insanity. I am not the only review that saying this, so shop here at your own risk.

Great staff! Friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely prefer the local fish shops over the chains.
