"This place is a WASTE OF MONEY our tax money!", I agree with this comment. I had a bad experience at this place today. After leaving an hour earlier from my job and paying the “Customer parking” to update my social security information, when I got to the door of this place, the guard told me that they were closed. However, it was almost 30 minutes before the time that they say the office close, which should have been at  4:00 PM (stamped on the door of the building and on their website). But the funny thing is that I told the guard that it's 3:37 PM and he said, "We're a federal building and we can close down whenever we want." That's not all, I walked to my car and a few minutes later I saw with my own eyes the guard that told me that they were closed letting a woman getting into the building to be serviced.

So sad seeing things like this happening in a federal office, which should be a example of fairness.

I'm not going to lie.   After reading the reviews I was prepared for a long battle to just get my name fixed on my card.   I arrived about 8:30am and was in and out within an hour.  Not to mention I received my card in 5 days.  Don't know why everyone says this place sucks.  The only people I saw having issues were the ones without the proper items they needed.  Just saying.  Thank you for making it so easy!

If you get someone smart great if not takes twice as long. Don't bother calling, you hold on forever and then get disconnected

They are HORRIBLE here. There are always long wait lines outside the door. You have to pay $3 for parking. The workers don't do their job that can cost someone to lose their benefits, then have to fight with them to get them back. They have some very rude and incompetent staff members. And the security officers are beyond rude and inappropriate at times.

Tell working class people that they can't get help for their disabled kids, throwing away my property when asking me to leave my coffee cup outside and having someone barely speak any English tell me I make too much money to help my child with autism yet his paycheck is from my taxes. I have a masters degree and never took a dime from the government. MY local and state reps will be hearing about this!! P.S. if you make people leave their belongings or drinks outside, DO NOT THROW THEM AWAY. Use common sense and don't waste our time and tell us things on the phone. This place is a WASTE OF MONEY our tax money!
