They never answer the phone, appointments are made too far off. You can never see them when you're actually sick. The dentist isn't equipped to do much, and their help seems to be mentally slow.

The immunizations department does not care about you. I was told on the phone to come up there at 1 o clock. I arrived 5 minutes early to find out that my appointment was not set for me. The lady in the window directed me to the front of the building check without saying a reason why (later finding out because no appointment was actually set for me). All this after standing in a line for 45 minutes. After making another appointment at the front desk I later had to wait behind the 5 other people that came in and didn't end up leaving until almost 4 o clock. It's a shame that people like me who bust my ass day in and day out are given such poor service when this is my only option. I will be looking for an alternative, I would rather suffer through whatever then give my money and time to the Florida Department of Health in Sanford.

Very clean building, easy to get around.  Vital of statistics window was very prompt and nice. Best government building I've been in.
