Really disappointed with the staff. Thought they would be more professional. One guy named Caleb Lord's came to see me at my house to ask me questions then made a rude remark when he asked me how many people I've been sexually active with in the last year . Your supposed to do your job and not be judgemental I think the whole staff deserves to be fired. ASAP

The person who took my phone call was not professional.  She seemed like she was bothered by my phone call. After explaining what I was calling for, she told me to go to the hospital. Having no insurance, we were afraid we'd be turned away.  She told us they wont turn you away....I informed her that she just did and hung up. Curious as to what the purpose of this particular FDH office serves. Non-responsive!

It's the health department but you can't accept much. When I went to this clinic the "professional" are rude and are a little too opinionated as health professionals. I refuse to go back there for anything because the experience was so bad.
