Very disappointed with the staff, specifically Sabrina. Called Friday morning to ensure a new prescription was sent in from my doctor, she told me it was and it would be filled. Went today to pick it up, to find out the correct prescription was not there, so now I will not get the prescription until Monday. Both women who assisted me today, one of them again Sabrina, had a don't care attitude. Do not recommend this facility.

Place is old and needs a renovation, which I think they are doing. Blood drawing department could definitely be faster. Seems to be enough staff, just slow in getting patients back there.

I was forced to go there because of my insurance plan, however the care received was not adequate to the symptoms I presented with. 2 Days Later I had to be admitted to the hospital for a life threatening condition related to the same reason I initially went to the Urgent Care about.
