Various members of my family have been to Celebration Hospital and have all received excellent care and had positive experiences in difficult situations.The physicians and medical teams have been excellent, professional, thorough and caring. The hospital facilities are superb, clean, comfortable and relaxing. No one wants to be in a hospital. The quality of place and personnel makes a difference in the recovery process. I have had surgeries here, my three grandchildren were born here, family has been to the ER for stitches, broken bones and emergent health issues. Celebration Health is an asset to the south west Orlando area.

This is the third time I've been to this hospital within 2 months and each time has been disappointing as the first. The customer service isn't as friendly as I expected, mini of the nurses display short patience and lack of bedside manner. The cleanliness in the hospital  is not up to par. My family member was admitted into one of the rooms that have not been swept for weeks they're were dust mites under the seats and trash on the floor from the patient before. I really had high expectations for Celebration Hospital however they were not met each time I visit. Hope they're able to pull it together.

My wife and I used to love this hospital back in the day. It was always a very pleasant experience and I always received stellar customer service, but in the recent couple of years it has really declined. I went in over the weekend not feeling so well and was seen by a practitioner who didn't really check me out properly. Didn't give me the proper medication to help me get better. I followed up with another doctor, who diagnosed me with something completely different. Gave me the correct medication needed to help me get better. I will not return to this hospital until they improve things.

Went to the Er with my husband on 3-7-18 the young lady in the back doing vitals was extremely rude . She had attitude and showed no interest . I understand it can be busy but showing your patients that you care is by far one of the most important steps so being in the medical field l & receiving this type of treatment is upsetting . This is not what we want to receive when we first arrive at the hospital we don’t want to be here just as bad as you don’t want us here . Have more respect and positive attitude toward your patients your suppose to extend the healing of Christ . 😔

Was on vacation when I went to the ER with extreme abdominal pain. Waited in waiting room for FOUR hours in excruciating pain. When I asked how long it would be, they told me they are going as fast as they can. I have history of rectal cancer and have had abdominal surgery. I believed I was having a bowel blockage. When I was finally called back the nurse Wendy was very nice. I didn’t even see a doctor, I saw a PA!! They did a CT scan and confirmed that I had a blockage, but that it was resolving itself on it’s own but they wanted to keep me overnight for observation. Well that turned into (3) days. I was feeling better each day, but on the third day, they took an X-ray and said that the blockage was back and it turned into a 911 situation. The only option they gave me was surgery. I am from NJ and have a whole team of DR’s in NJ. I immediately said absolutely not. I demand to be discharged and got on a plane and flew to NJ. When I got to NJ, my surgeon found an infection in my small bowel, which they never told me about, despite it being on the CT report. He also said there was never an emergency and surgery should have NEVER been an option. 
Please stay away from this hospital, unless it’s absolutely necessary. They knew I was from out of town, my insurance was coverage was not “in network”, and they were trying to pad my bill. This by far was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hospital. People need to know so this they don’t face the same situation as I did.
