You never need an appointment to receive Florida Hospital Centra Care’s Family Medicine Services at our over 30 urgent care centers across Orlando, Tampa Bay, and now Volusia & Flagler counties. Centra Care is open 7 days-a-week with some centers open until midnight and after hours. Centra Care’s Board-Certified adult and pediatric-trained physicians offer on-site medical care of minor illness and injury for adults and children. Walk-ins are always welcome at all of our clinics throughout Florida.

Centra Care is the affordable alternative to the emergency room for urgent, non life-threatening medical care. So whether you have a sore throat, upset stomach, allergies, or if you need sports physicals or labwork, our family medicine doctors will provide you and your family with quality health and medical care. Most medications can be obtained from our medication dispensary, eliminating the need for you to find a pharmacy. For visitors to Orlando, our free transportation service can take you to our closest facility from most area attractions (Walt Disney World Resort & Universal Orlando Resort), resorts, and hotels.

Dr. Gustavo Sosa was rude and unprofessional.  When trying to ask him questions and getting clarification, he responded in a way as if the patient is ignorant or uneducated.  He did not take the time to listen to me as a patient and to help clarify.  He even raised his voice.  I reported his behavior to the office manager.  I hope that Dr. Sosa does not treat other patients that way.  I will never return to the Hunter's Creek Centra Care location.  I had to pay quite a bit of money and in return was treated rudely and not cared for.

Very poor service. Don't come to this place.After waiting for three hrs.,I was rush by Dr. Gustavo Sosa who was very rude and condescending. He didn't care to listen.  He told me he didn't have the time to listen to my concern because he had other patients and that I have to choose what I want to treat because they only treat one condition only. Then he walks out and starts talking about me and laughing outside the door with the nurses. No empathy or respect towards their patients. They don't care about people they just want your money. I should of listen to the reviews. They seem to not have corrected this matter because it still continues to happen. So, please don't tell me you going to forward this message  to your manager because apparently you don't care.

We were on vacation while our daughter got a flu. I booked the night before and took her to visit in the morning. Waited for only 10 mins. Everyone was very nice to us, and the doctor is very professional. We had a great experience here!

I saw the doctor on saturday because I have the flu,he prescipted me and give me a return to work note for monday,obviously I was not ready to return to work,call in monday morning to see if they can extend the work note,they say no problem I show up pick up the note them told me I need to see the doctor in less than 48 hours,they just want my 50 dollars copay,they are about money,stay away from this place.

Very clean and nice to us. Been going to another place in hunters creek but we will be back here instead.
