This dealership was top notch! Sigrid went above and beyond to make sure I got the best insurance rates I was most comfortable with. She gave me suggestions and her advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a insurance provider the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would highly recommend (Sigrid Neu) in particular)to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle to be insured.

Best agency in Florida they provide the best rates, and their customer service is like no other. I highly recommend Florida One Insurance. Also, the young lady Adriana helped me replace my auto with no problem, she then sent me my new documents via fax!!! Go here if you are looking for the best prices!!!

Writing this to give a huge shout out to Jennifer who went above and beyond to find the cheapest and best insurance rate to fit my needs. Besides being a genuinely nice person, she`s very persistent, honest and has a very high energy level which gets the job done. I never write reviews so this should say something... would give 6/5 stars all  day everyday :)

Monica Hernandez is a terrific and awesome agent. She was extremely helpful and friendly. She compared the best rates and got my family the best deal possible. I will recommend her services to anyone. Truly an amazing and beautiful person all the way around.

Usually agencies want to rush you to buy from them, but not this one. I was helped by Alejandra while I was leasing a car, and with the amount of extra coverage you need for them I struggled to find a good price. Everything was in the range of $200+ a month and it's just me and my car, with a clean driving record. Alejandra was kind enough to show me all the quotes and explain why the price was higher. On top of that she managed to get me a much better price than what I got around, a whooping $145 a month policy. So I came out with a leased brand new car, a cheaper policy and more knowledge about how insurance works. That right there, is what I call excellence.
