I called today to order flowers for my mom, the design is amazing! The price is fair, the delivery was fast, but the most important, is the servics which was amazing! The lady was very patient on the phone and was very nice!! Thank you for everything!!

Sonnia and her staff did an amazing job with the flower arrangements for our wedding! She listened to my wife's ideas and created exactly what she envisioned. Sonnia was easily accessibly by email and phone. Her prices were very competitive and fit our wedding budget. Thank you for your hard work and creativity, Sonnia!

I used Flower 21 for my wedding in June 2010. We ordered 5 bouquets for the girls, 10 boutonnieres for the guys and family members, corsages for the moms, 16 centerpieces, and a fresh flower hair piece for me (the bride), all for around $1,000. All the flowers were of excellent quality, and everything was delivered to the reception site on time. 

However, it was the customer service that blew me away more than anything else. Sonnia is a wonderful person to do business with, and will make sure you're getting exactly what you're looking for, even if you don't know what that is! I cannot say enough good things about her and this company, and strongly urge you to go into the shop to meet her and see what a large selection of fresh flowers there are. You will not be disappointed!

(Also, it's located by the Panera on the northeast corner of Deerfield and Milwaukee, not where the pinpoint says on the map.)
