I ordered flowers for Valentines Day here 2 years in a row, this year I procrastinated until the last minute and delivery was no longer available. i went to pickup my flowers in store and what I saw made me happy. The ladies there did a great job on my flowers both years in a row and now I saw what running a flower shop on valentines day is like firsthand... CRAZY!!! but these ladies were smiling the whole time and you could tell they love what they do. also some of the artwork on display for sale is beautiful!

I am incredibly disappointed in the level of customer service provided by this company. 
I contacted this florist to place an order to be delivered for a funeral service. Knowing that the order was short notice, I asked the florist if it was feasible to be delivered on time. During the time of order, I was assured that it would be delivered on time. I contacted the florist a second time to confirm that it would be delivered before the service, and I was reassured once again. 
The morning of the service, the flowers were not present. I discovered that the flowers were delivered after the service had concluded, never being seen by the family. After following up with the florist, I was informed that I would receive a refund because the order was not delivered on time, nor ever seen by the family. The refund has not been processed, even after many calls to the florist. I have received several excuses as to why the refund has not yet been processed. The florist continues to claim that a refund will be processed, but I have yet to receive it. 
I have no opinion on the quality of the flowers provided, as no family member was able to see them
