It's okay. Usually depends on what day of the week you're ordering to get "fresh flowers." Usually best to order on Wed (definitely don't order on a Saturday or Monday if you want fresh flowers). The staff is friendly and very helpful plus they're very talented at designing and arranging flowers.

Dianne at Flower Express did a superb job and saved the day, floristically, after a well-known florist in town let us down.  The other florist had delivered one large and one small bouquet for a banquet table. There were supposed to be three bouquets in all, with two small bouquets to flank the large one.  The delivery was delayed until after that other florist had closed for the weekend and no one answered their phone.   The event was starting in a few hours.  
I searched for an open florist and found Flower Express.   What a relief it was to watch Dianne calmly and efficiently  move flowers around between three vases, add complementary ones from her own collection, and generate the necessary trio.   With not a moment to spare, she got the job done for a very modest  price.  The bouquets were even more beautiful and interesting than they'd been originally and she understood and matched the spirit and coloring of them.  Thank you, Dianne!

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Consistently ugly arrangements and dead flowers. After paying nearly $70 for dead flowers. Was told when I called to complain, that they only look dead but aren't. They gave me some money off and told me they would make up for it with a beautiful bouquet delivered the next day. That they were taking back the original one. Came home to carnations lol oh and 2 roses. Called this time really mad same excuse and same solution. Still wouldn't refund my money. Then the third bouquet came. This time 3 roses and the arrangement looked like it belonged in a funeral home. Don't EVER waste your money at this place. I never write reviews but this was just so awful that I had to warn people. The customer service is not great at all. They could care less and treat you like you are a burden. Wish they cared more about their flowers then they do about the money coming in.

I wish I could leave a 0. The flowers looked nothing like online. The flowers look cheap. If I wanted cheap I would go to Kroger. Then I call to complain and there is no resolution besides I am sorry you feel that way. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEMTO ANYONE I KNOW.
