Not a good experience at first but the owner Holly went above and beyond our expectations by solving the problem promptly due to an error by a 3rd party. We thank you and will use you in the future and recommend your to our friends and co-workers.

UPDATE- After posting previously, I finally received a call back. They apologized for the confusion, and mentioned they delivered the flowers last week to another address by mistake. Still did not receive a delivery confirmation though. 
They have informed me that they will issue a refund, and send out a new arrangement to the proper address. I appreciate their handling the situation, but would have wanted to receive more communication through this process. For someone whom rarely buys flowers, this was a rough experience.

It appears they have good reviews which is why I chose them. After my personal experience and looking further at the reviews, most of them seem to be from a year or more ago. I would not recommend this florist, as their lack of communication has been really frustrating.  

I ordered flowers for my fiancé as a surprise/congratulations on her first day of work at a school in Wilco. Online ordering was easy and very user friendly, and it appeared to be going as planned. On the day I requested delivery, I received a call from Rebecca's Floral that there was no one by my fiancé's name at the school. Understanding that since she is a new employee, I figured whomever they spoke with must have been mistaken. Simple misunderstanding in my head, so I asked them to deliver to her house. 

My main issue with Rebecca's is that they told me they would be able to deliver the flowers to her home the next day. They even confirmed the address in Brentwood was deliverable over the phone, and told me the flowers would be delivered the next morning. It has been over a week, and the flowers have not been delivered, nor have I been contacted via phone nor email about this issue. I have called the phone number listed for them 4 times, which is a call center service whom can only send Rebecca's a message that you called. Still have not heard back from anyone after several messages left. I would appreciate a call back with some sort of solution to the fact I have paid you and not received the product/ services I purchased.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Friday (yesterday) - did not hear from the person they were to be delivered to so I assumed they were not delivered. I called 3 times Saturday morning to try to get a delivery confirmation only to talk to an answering service that could not give me any information and could only send a message to the shop but no one returned my call. So now I don't know if the flowers will be delivered today or if I need to call another florist. Terrible experience. Will never use again.
