Check this beautiful arrangement out made by Heather! I called Heather early this morning and asked her what flowers she had available in stock. I was looking for an arrangement for my dear aunt who is in the hospital recovering from emergency surgery. I have never seen such a beautiful arrangement. Thank you so much Heather! Great and friendly staff always willing to work within your budget. They make sure that everything is right for you and and for the person that you're giving the gift to. Will make sure your items are delivered even outside of Bellevue and very knowledgeable about all the other floors in the area

I normally don’t do flowers, but this year someone went against their better judgment and decided to be my valentine. I’ve never been to this location but it’s close by and so it was a reasonable option.

When I called them, the representative was very rude. I’d been out of town for weeks and just and wanted to do something nice and grab some flowers on the Saturday I returned and bring them over to my girls place. After an unnecessarily difficult conversation, she let me know that I could purchase a bouquet and that because they closed early on Saturday relative to weekdays, she would leave them at the “Vapor Route,” the other store located in their building. Guess what happened when I showed up at the Vapor Route? No bouquet. 
It should be needless to say, but if around national flower day they can’t complete an order for a simple bouquet, I would advise that someone looking for a decent florist should explore other options. And I’d also recommend exhausting that list before considering this place. Maybe take up gardening even to grow your own flowers first too.

I just ordered flowers for my Mom in Nashville for Valentines and felt that I had to comment about the process - with Alison. Wow! I know this is a busy time for them but she was delightful, helpful and patient. Can't wait to see the flowers. Thanks!!
