Manager rude and condescending when I questioned the pricing on an item. Some items ( same arrangements - only different colored roses) were marked higher but there were some items that were marked lower. The ones that were marked higher had red roses in it but the lower priced ones had different color roses. My wife prefers non red roses. When I showed her the lower priced tags on the other items she snatched those price tags off those items and yelled to the cashier to " sell it to him for that". I had been doing business with this company ( this location and also on Woodman Drive) for many, many years. This is the worst encounter I have ever had with this flower shop. I'll go somewhere else for my flowers from now on. Kroger's has a florist area and cheaper prices as well. These places all get their flowers from the same flower suppliers.

My mom and I met with the lady who does the wedding arrangements and had a great consultation. However, fast forward to now and 2 months away from the wedding and can't get her to respond to emails or phone calls. Very disappointing. Decided to go with another florist.
